At Mecca Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
